This is a simulator able to procedurally create realistic bright-field microscopy images depicting Pap-smears. The principles used in the simulation are described in the paper "Simulation of Bright-Field Microscopy Images Depicting Pap-Smear Specimen" published in Cytometry Part A (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/cyto.a.22624/abstract).
Requires DipImage to run.
