Visualization software for high dimensional data
PhenoPlot is a glyph-based visualisation toolbox that can represent up to 21 variables/features simultaneously. The toolbox is a Matlab toolbox with GUI and is aimed at cellular features extracted from cellular images but it can be used with any numerical data.
