CrossSectionPanel is a UI/computational tool in the form of a matlab uipanel with functionality for analyzing image cross-sections (or more generally, a cross-section of datapoints plotted in a regular grid on a 2D region in matlab axes). It provides an interface for constructing a line through any two points on a regular grid (integer delimitered axes). The points that make up the line are recorded where the line exits and enters each adjacent 1x1 grid square in its path. Using these points and the segments they divide the line into, one can plot a cross section of the image (or otherwise) along any straight line drawn on the image.
