The main scientific goal is a development of new computer-implemented and the prognostic significance of different levels of nonlocal mathematical models: the movement of ground water and soil moisture, the evolution of small perturbations in channels with porous and permeable walls, the dynamics of the micro-meteorology and irrigation in large areas.
