An AWPR is a device that allows one to remotely control the linear polarization direction and intensity of laser light. Included is a matlab GUI to control a locally produced AWPR made from an Arduino Uno, Adafruit Motorshield and a unipolar stepper motor. The programs functions include home detection, moving the AWPR to a specified angle, rotating the AWPR by a specified angle, laser intensity feedback and precision and repeatability tests to insure the AWPR is operating properly.
