STATOKNORM confines a given statokinesigram, without spatially distorting its shape, in a circumference of radius equal to 1. The circumference contains 95% of its points.
input: X and Y are vectors of the same length containing the coordinates of all points of the original statokinesigram.
output: X_NORM and Y_NORM are vectors of the same length containing the points' coordinates of the confined statokinesigram.
