Generates radial frequency patterns with arbitrary parameters.
Based on: Wilkinson, F., Wilson, H., & Habak, C., (1998). Detection
and recognition of radial frequency patterns. Vision Research
38: 3555-3568.
Usage: [D4] = RFPattern(x,y,C,s,r0,A,w,phi);
Where,
x and y = cartesian coordinates
C = the pattern contrast
s = determines the peak spatial frequency (fpeak = sqrt(2)/(pi*s) )
r0 = the mean radius (where r0 > 4*s)
A = the radial modulation amplitude (where A < 1)
w = the radial frequency (integer valued)
phi = the angular phase
