Implementation of the Doehlert Design based on publication: Uniform Shell Designs, David H. Doehlert, Applied statistics, 1970, 19(3), 231-239
The Doehlert design investigates the factors at different levels, one at three, one at five, and all others at seven levels. The design is uniform space-filling, it is possible to introduce variations in new factors during the course of an experimental study, without losing the runs already performed and Doehlert designs can be displaced to more promising regions while preserving some of the runs already carried out.

The design is NOT orthogonal nor rotatable, and the variance of the predicted values is not uniform over the experimental range.

Implementation:
[Design]=doehlert_design(nFac)
INPUT: nFac - integer - number of Factors integrated into the design
OUTPUT: Design - matrix - experiments at different (coded) levels
Line of zeros in the Design corresponds to the center point (normally repeated several times to estimate variance)
