Raman/Optical Mapping
Takes an optical or Raman image and "vectorizes" the image by analyzing ridge orientations and assigning a unit vector along the ridge. Then compares vectorized image against other images to develop a match percentage. The code is able to identify and fix rotated images, as well as matching an image to its larger contextual area.
