EngineSim
Version 1.0.0.0 (85.2 KB) by
Rafael Oliveira
Port from the NASA EngineSim source-code to Matlab
I ported sometime ago the EngineSim applet from the original Java source-code to Matlab - of course none of the original GUI have been adapted. You can use this code to calculate engine performance and design data (such as thrust, fuel flow, weight and operating temperatures), all while being able to adapt the design variables and change the operational points.
More info can be found in the original NASA website: https://www.grc.nasa.gov/www/k-12/airplane/ngnsim.html
