Those demos reproduce all the numerical examples found in Chapter 11 of "Statistical and Adaptive Signal Processing: Spectral Estimation, Signal Modeling, Adaptive Filtering and Array Processing" by
D. G. Manolakis, V. K. Ingle and S. Kogon. Fundamental concepts like the Spatial Matched Filter, Tapered/Untapered Optimum Beamformer, Sample Matrix Inversion (SMI) and Correlation Matrix Diagonal Loading are demonstrated.

@ Pablo Hoffmann: 1) I did not include polardb.m and tightfig.m in the contribution package on purpose, because thee scripts are other people's work. 2) You can find them very easily from FileExchange where they are freely provided. polardb may be downloaded from: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/mlc-downloads/downloads/submissions/47750/versions/7/previews/Utilities/polardb.m/index.html whereas tightfig is found by a simple search in FileExchange. 3) Please try a little bit to perform basic tasks such as described above before grading the generous offer of others. Restored the visibility of some nice plots.
I have included a wideband interference example, polar plots in original examples for improved interprettability, corrected some typos and also reproduced some simpler but critical pictures for a smooth intro to this subject pictures.
