This code presents the implementation of a three phase load flow for power distribution systems. It also include a linear load flow this is similar to the DC power flow for power systems. Methodology was presented in
A. Garces. "A linear three-phase load flow for power distribution systems", IEEE Transactions on Power Systems. Vol 31 Issue 1. Jan 2016 (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/articleDetails.jsp?arnumber=7027253).
The three phase load flow includes voltage regulators but the linearized version is only for systems without voltage regulators. Therefore losses are different than the oficial IEEE test system. You must compare with a non linear methodology without voltage regulators.
