Gramschmidt matrix

Matrix a will be converted to a matrix with orthonormal vectors.

a := is a matrix
gramsch(a) creates Gramschmidt matrix.
the columns are unit vectors.
It uses two subroutines proj.m and projv.m.
They generate projection matrix and projection vector
respectively
