QEMU is an emulator and virtualization machine that allows you to run a cross-platform application on your computer. You can use QEMU emulator for verification and validation of the generated code for ARM Cortex-M or ARM Cortex-A hardware processor platforms using Embedded Coder® Support Package for ARM® Cortex®-M Processors or Embedded Coder® Support Package for ARM® Cortex®-A Processors on your computer without the need of the actual ARM Cortex-M or ARM Cortex-A based processor.
The Embedded Coder Interface to QEMU emulator is available as add-on. It deploys the generated application on the QEMU emulator. However, this add-on does not support any code generation.
The installer file for Embedded Coder® Interface to QEMU Emulator works only when you have installed either Embedded Coder Support Package for ARM Cortex-M Processors or Embedded Coder Support Package for ARM Cortex-A Processors.
For more details on how to install the Embedded Coder Interface to QEMU Emulator add-on, please visit getQEMUEmulatorAddOn documentation page.
This .mlpkginstall file is functional for R2016a and beyond.
