offsetTicks
Formats axis tick labels as offsets from min value

offsetTicks replaces the tick labels with values representing the offset from the first value, i.e., "100, 101, 102, 103, 104" is replaced by "100, +1, +2, +3, +4." This function adds a listener to the axis to maintain the formatting when the figure is redrawn.
