This project centers around the development of a biosignal-speciﬁc processing pipeline written in MATLAB in order to analyze these physiological signals in a modular fashion based on the state-of-the-art studies reported in scientiﬁc literature. We have designed a graphical user interface (GUI) specialized for each signal. At ﬁrst, each physiological signal goes through preprocessing steps including noise removal and segmentation. Then, the signal attributes (features) that have been shown highly relevant to a better category discrimination in an intended application are extracted. Lastly, these extracted features are fed to the MathWorks Classiﬁcation Learner app for classiﬁcation. This project which is funded with Mathworks is done in Augmented Cognition Lab in Northeastern University.
