This is a very basic structure of single phase PLL . The PLL block takes a sinusoidal signal as input; frequency and phase angle are calculated at the outputs of the block. The amplitude of the input sinusoidal signal must be 1. The detected frequency contains high frequency ripples.
It was developed following chapter 1, Enhanced Phase-Locked Loop Structures for Power and Energy Applications By Masoud Karimi-Ghartema.
