Traffic Light Management Algorithm through Genetic Algorithms

This software implements genetic algorithms (integer representation) procedure in order to optimize green timings according to traffic congestion in a single intersection. Given the summation of the total cars in each road we can take accurate results for each traffic light in road. Notice that each solution that produce this algorithm does not mean to be the best solution but a good enough. Roulette wheel is used for coupling.
