These are codes for 2D and 3D deformable image registration, using the mid-space-independent (MSI; Aganj et al, NeuroImage 2017) and the intermediate deformable image registration (IDIR; Aganj, Sci Rep 2026) approaches.
See EXAMPLE_MSI.m and EXAMPLE_IDIR.m for short tutorials. If available, GPUs can be used to speed up the registration.
