Class for basic analysis of structural properties in LTI dynamic systems.

ltisp (Linear Time Invariant - Structural Properties) toolkit provides useful help when dealing with some basic concepts of control theory at an introductory level:
- reachable/observable spaces
- observability/controllability decomposition
- stabilizability/detectability tests
- eigenvalues allocation for state-feedback loop/state observer

For discrete-time systems only, methods for deadbeat control design and input sequence determination in the control problem are provided.

Didactic purpose intended: efficiency/robustness is in no way considered.
