createlegend(varargin)
Create legend with customised variable names and variable unit, and in LaTeX format.

This function allows you to create and display plot Legend in such a way that each line in the legend has a customized variable name, an equality sign, and a unit sign/symbol.
This should work for all version of MATLAB that supports LaTeX formatting in Legend
