Graphical User Interface for Retinal Blood Vessel Extraction from Fundus Images

The GUI is easy to access and reduces the load of ophthalmologists in analyzing the retinal profile.

The retinal blood vessels are enhanced using CLAHE and segmented using Fuzzy C-Means. The edges are detected using Region based active contour method. The performance of the algorithm is highly acceptable while comparing with the ground truth images.
