GT Cluster

GT Cluster is a MATLAB app based on a clustering algorithm developed by Koontz et al.

The function gclust, which I submitted to MATLAB Central earlier, is the basis of this app, which I developed using MATLAB App Designer. It provides a GUI that allows the user to select a file of object data and view a graphic display of the clustered data in three formats. The GUI also provides controls to choose the underlying metric, adjust the radius parameter, and select which features are displayed. I have provided a PDF document with more information and some examples.
