For interactively viewing multi-layer TIFFs and also variables in the workspace

The user can graphically select a TIFF file to view (in the pwd), change the layer to view, change the colormap, view contours, change the displayed colour limits, etc, etc. The same also applies to variables in the workspace.

This is by no means a fully polished piece of software. It does everything I need, but I am fully aware that there is a lot of room for improvement (not the least of which is some help documentation).
