Detect and track a specific non-living decoy

Spot Cooling is introduced to reduce the energy usage of air conditioner. A special cross-shape IR decoy is designed so the system will detect the decoy and direct the air flow towards the decoy. This system detects the decoy using template matching and predicts the movement of the decoy using Kalman filter. The location of the decoy is then sent to servo and stepper motor controller using UDP.
A GUI is created to show the image capture by NoIR camera to ease the verification process.
