XPC_COMMAND_CENTER
xpc_command_center is a GUI to easily communicate to the xPC Target Application.

>> xpc_command_user is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for a quick introduction to the User of minimal usable command with xPC Target. All commands are displayed as Tooltip over the corresponding Buttons (see CMD: ...).
Also for giving a frame how to handle with the different information inside the GUI.
The GUI is also for advanced xPC Target Users usefull, because of the repeated command executions, like start, stop, Targetscreen Spy and so on.
The GUI structure is indipendent of the MATLAB version. Only the xPC Target Commands can vary depending of the using xPC Target version.
Tested with R13.0, R13sp1, R14.0.
NOTE: With R14sp1 a New Tool does come out, the "xPC Target Explorer" which will replace in feature the xPC Host and Target Scope Manager. So that the last two Buttons will be Disabled.
