COSMOSS is a Coupled OScillator MOdel Spectrum Simulator, which currently supports:
1. Fourier Transform Infrared spectrum (FTIR)
2. Sum-Frequency Generation spectrum (SFG)
3. Two Dimensional Infrared spectrum (2DIR)
4. Two Dimensional Sum-Frequency Generation spectrum (2DSFG)
