Lath Martensite

Determines habit plane normals and shearing systems in lath martensite.

All calculations are purely based on the lattice parameters, the assumption of energy minimization and a criterion of maximal compatibility. The used shearing systems are precisly those that are macroscopically equivalent to double twinning. This approach is in analogy to the highly succesful single shear theory for plate martensite, which was propsed by Wechsler, Lieberman & Read and Mackenzie & Bowles.
