A parallelizable framework for segmenting piecewise signals

Piecewise signals appear in many fields of applications, and this toolbox can segment such signals.
1. User can define their own model in the framework.
2. Parallel computing with GPU.
3. Restriction on the minimal segmentation length (i.e., the minimal distance between adjacent breakpoints) can be applied.
