Whitish Jet Colormap
Jet-based colormap that contains white in its middle point.

This function defines a new colormap with the same colors that "jet", but it also replaces the green tones with white ones. This is specially useful when a signed metric is depicted, and its null values are useless. Please check the function commentaries for further information.
