Simulink subsystem I/O alignment
You can use this function to align the input / output ports of a selected subsystem

1. Place the sl_customization.m script on your matlab path
2. Launch Simulink
3. Select a subsystem and its connected I/O, right-click on "Align I/O of selected subsystems"
