COPC Tool

Circular Orbit Plane Change Tool. Allows the user to calculate Delta V requirements to effect plane changes in earth orbit

This tool is based on original work from David Eagle that is available on Matlab Central. The original tool operated as a
text driven program. The new tool called Circular Orbit Plane Change (COPC) adds a capable GUI to facilitate data entry and program execution. The new version of the tool adds features not available in David Eagle's submission to Matlab such as to create and playback videos of the transfer orbit and to conduct a trade study on delta v required vs
the plane change needed. Documentation to include online Help included
