Cytofluorogram used for the visualization of colocalization between two 8-bit images
Updated 27 Sep 2018

View License

Cytofluorogram depicting the fluorescence of each pixel from an image 1 (x-axis) against an image 2 (y-axis), with the intensity of pixel fluorescence duplication indicated using a heatmap. Images must be 8-bit format and be of the same size.

Line of best fit now based on orthogonal regression using principal component analysis.

Screenshot changed to represent updated linear regression (previous update)

Linear regression is determined using the raw data from pictures, rather than data used for cytofluorogram (with identical pixel values deleted).
