Calculate contrast sensitivity values of input spatial frequencies using the Barten's model
Calculate contrast sensitivity values of input spatial frequencies using the Barten's model. Input parameters include spatial frequency (cycle/degree), display luminance (cd/m2), surrounding luminance (cd/m2), and field of view (degree).
