Handwriting Capture

This function rapidly creates a dataset of handwritten drawings. The function saves the temporal structure of the strokes/lines.

This function is developped to create a handwritten character classification dataset with additional temporal structure instead of a final image.
The output is an array of cells for each image. Each cell contains a tx2 matrix, containing x- and y-coordinates along the variable time axis.
