HDXfit

HDXfit is a package for fitting the site exchange probabilities to peptide mass envelopes from hydrogen/deuterium exchange of a protein

You are now following this Submission

The package HDXfit contains scripts for fitting the site exchange probabilities to mass envelopes of the peptides produced in a hydrogen/deuterium exchange experiment. The method was introduced in: Kan,Walters, Mayne, Englander, Proc. Nat. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. (2013) 110, 16438-16443, doi:10.1073/pnas.1315532110. HDXfit package is designed to perform the fitting in a more efficient and better controlled way. The underlying theory and the algorithms, as well as the results from simulations, are reported in the paper D. Babic, S, Kazazic, D. M. Smith, Resolution of protein H/D exchange by fitting amide exchange probabilities to the peptide isotopic envelopes, Rapid Commun. Mass Sp. accepted for publication (http://dx.doi.org/10.1002/rcm.8460).
