Algorithm for the automatic classification of right ventricle deformation patterns in arrhytmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy.

Input: Echocardiographic strain data of the right ventricle, as analyzed using EchoPAC (version 12, GE Vingmed Ultrasound AS). Exported data should be converted to mat-files as described in the m-file.
Output: onset of shortening, peak strain, systolic peak strain, post systolic shortening relative to the peak strain and the accompanying classification score
