Laguerre-Gauss visualization

The Laguerre-Gauss modes are commonly encountered in the field of photonics and optics. This function is intended to be used by students to help them visualize the spatial shape and phase properties of such beams. I also provide a reference to a very useful book which can provide a more detailed insight.
