Sphering or Whitening transformation Function

Function that preprocess data or matrix by sphering or Whitening it.

Function that transform a matrix into a new matrix that has the following properties:
1. Mean of each column equals to 0
2. Standard Deviation of each column equals to 1
3. Covariance matrix equals to Identity Matrix

Uses EIG or SVD methods.
