Matlab-tools

Collection of Matlab tools for data analysis and visualization

Functions:
- Create an RGB color gradient between two colors
- Find intervals with nonzero values, i.e., find when multiple conditions are true for a minimum length/duration
- Plot correlation matrix as a colored table with correlation coefficients and asterisks for significance level
- Plot means with shaded variance area and individual data points in a boxplot-like plot
- Save figure as PDF file
- Create figure window that is scaled relative to the default size
- Create scatter plot with fitted line and text box with correlation coefficient and p-value
- Quick way to manually select files or folders that match a name (including wildcards) from a list printed in the command window
