Ulam Spiral was discovered by mathematician Stanisław Ulam in 1963 which is a graphical representation of (p,p) where p is the prime number in polar coordinate. The program first finds all the prime number from 0 to the maximum range and plots it in (p,p) fashion in the polar coordinate.
