These MATLAB codes are allow iterative phase retrieval of incomplet diffraction patterns, that is with missing pixels. The codes simulatenously reconstructs an object from its incomplete diffraction pattern and recovers the values of the "missing" pixels in the diffraction patterns, as described in "Reconstruction of missing information in diffraction patterns and holograms by iterative phase retrieval", Optics Communications 452(25), 56 - 67 (2019)
