edge stuffing
This function allows adding stuff pixels to the edges of an image in order to process the edge pixels of the image

this function has only one input which is the initial image on which to add the stuffing pixels (value of stuffing pixels =0). In the output, the image with New size = (number of initial lines+2)*(number of columns+2).
