The data processing system of abrasive jet machining is modeled by neural network optimized by adaptive genetic algorithm. Then multi-objective optimization is used to obtain the Pareto front solution set. Solve the front solution under experimental processing accuracy traversal. The system can also be used as a modeling and optimization tool in other fields.
