Matlab script to project polygon data to gridded data

This is a script to project polygon data to gridded data. The script uses per capita income data per administrative unit from the Global Data Lab and combines it with data from the Gridded Population of the World to create Gridded Income of the World and Gridded Income per Capita of the World. This is a template for similar operations.
