Rod Under Torsion

This app is useful for visualizing the stresses and deformations of a rod undergoing torsion. The user can vary the radius, length, shear modulus, and torque and the deformation and stresses will be modified. Theta will also be updated. The user can also see select among seeing the side or top section as well as the entire cylinder.
The code is a modification of the cylinder function by Clay Thompson.
