The scripts demonstrate the sequence used in NVLabCap to calculate the noise of a thermal camera in units of temperature. There are examples of end to end processing, data simulation, and NUC'ing. The 3D noise can be evaluated following a Gaussian high pass (with appropriate filter compensation).
The paths to other code and data sets will need to be updated to your specific system.
