Welcome to the NUMA-TF program, an open-source MATLAB program to perform numerical analyses of reticulated structural models.
Types of analysis:
* Linear-elastic.
* Geometrically nonlinear.
* Stability (buckling modes and critical loads).
* Free vibration.
* Natural vibration (vibration modes and natural frequencies).
Structural model options:
* 2D and 3D trusses and frames.
* Euler-Bernoulli and Timoshenko theories for bending behavior.
* Concentrated nodal loads and uniform/linear distributed loads.
Instructions for creating models and running the program are included.
The code is based on the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigm and it is intended to be easily adapted to perform numerical experiments according to the needs of its users.
