Investigate the statistics of random normal sampling using M&M candies. Includes 4 different balances ranging in readability from 0.01mg - 10mg and cost range $7000-$200. Repeatability appropriate for each balance along with idle random noise on a live display is simulated. 2 Calibration weight sets are simulated having ASTM 4 and ASTM 7 tolerances. Candy mass and color distribution is accurate and outliers are included. Data for each balance is displayed in a lab notebook table with area for user entered observations and is saved to an Excel file.
