Usage: "RelativisticDopplerEffect"
Inputs:
Velocity: The speed of the primed observer relative to the unprimed observer, (-1, 1), Default: 0.5
Number of Lines: The number of lines to draw on the polar plot, (4, 10000), Default: 360
Beaming: Whether or not to display the intensity beaming effect.
Color: Whether or not to display stylized interpolated color (Regular Color) or wavelength values converted to RGB based on a source emission frequency of 540nm (True Visual Color). Default: Regular Color
